Christine Delmas

General Partner and Founder

Christine Delmas is a Literacy Consultant and CERI Certified Dyslexia Specialist with 24 years of experience in education as a workshop presenter, literacy coach, curriculum writer, interventionist, Orton-Gillingham practitioner, special education teacher, and general classroom teacher.  Christine is also a facilitator at the AIM Institute for Learning and Research for Pathways to Structured Literacy and Pathways to Proficient Reading.  Most recently, she has joined the New Jersy International Dyslexia Association's (NJDIA) Board of Directors where she will work to uphold NJDIA's mission to provide teacher education and increase public awareness of dyslexia in New Jersey.  She has presented workshops throughout New Jersey and the country on Dyslexia and Structured Literacy.  Christine taught students in grades 1 through 6 before becoming a Reading Specialist who helped to establish and coordinate the Response to Intervention (RTI) initiative for her district.  Christine was named Monmouth County Teacher of the Year in 2012.  She is also a former national Language Circle Consultant for Project Read.  Christine received a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University, a master’s degree in Reading, a supervisor certificate from Rutgers University, and is certified as an Orton-Gillingham practitioner, Teacher-Trainer and Dyslexia Specialist from Farleigh-Dickinson University.  She co-authored an article on reading instruction in a peer-reviewed journal.  Christine considers herself a lifelong learner with a vested interest in providing high-quality professional development to prepare all teachers of reading with the knowledge and tools to create proficient readers.

Frank Delmas

General Partner

A technical services professional with over 20 years of experience.  Built his career developing, implementing and supporting highly advanced technologies, directly in some of the largest exchanges and financial institutions in the world. Graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York Institute of Technology with a degree in computer science.  Was responsible for point of sale, in the crowd technology, for the first and largest fully wireless independent floor brokerage firm on the New York Stock Exchange.  More recently, has developed several educational curriculum virtualization applications using the Google Cloud Infrastructure and AWS.
